This warranty safeguards your purchases against manufacturing defects and ensures that you receive items as ordered. However, it does not cover instances where the consumer failed to thoroughly review product details or misunderstood any information prior to ordering.

Please note that our warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse by the consumer. Should you need to report a fault, kindly email us with comprehensive details of the issue, along with your name, order number, and accompanying photos, at thememorialco@hotmail.com.

The warranty specifically addresses manufacturing faults in your jewellery's metal and special resin(for encapsulation jewellery), excluding wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or broken chains displaying evident signs of tension. We retain the right to decline warranty repair or replacement if indications of wear and tear or misuse are detected, including instances where the consumer disregarded our jewellery care instructions.

Jewellery may naturally tarnish over time due to various factors such as exposure to chemicals, skin pH levels, contact with water, or airborne substances. Should your jewellery darken, this is a normal occurrence with sterling silver, and we provide a polishing cloth to mitigate this effect. To maintain your piece's pristine condition for longer, we recommend a brief daily polish to remove any residues. Adhering to our jewellery care instructions is imperative to retain warranty coverage.

For manufacturing-related faults, we will initially attempt to repair your item. Should repair prove unfeasible, we will proceed with replacement. However, we retain the right to refuse repair or replacement if signs of misuse or wear and tear are evident and deemed responsible for the fault.

Please be aware that your warranty becomes void if any work or repairs are undertaken on your item by another company or jeweller. Regrettably, we cannot offer repair or replacement for damage incurred through external sources.

All warranty claims must be promptly reported within the warranty period. Claims made outside this timeframe may be eligible for chargeable repair or replacement services.
