While we're confident that you'll be delighted with our service, if by any chance your order is incorrect or faulty, rest assured that we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

We strive for your complete satisfaction with your Memorial Jewellery & Gifts from The Memorial Company. However, as each The Memorial Company product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns unless:

a) The product does not match the order, or
b) The product is faulty.

If the delivered product(s) do not match your order, please contact us via email at thememorialco@hotmail.com, detailing the issue. Kindly provide your original invoice number and the name under which the order was placed.
For issues related to the quality of the product, such as manufacturing faults, please email a photograph along with a description of the problem to thememorialco@hotmail.com for assessment by our customer services team.

We order all items from our jewellery suppliers and manufacturers once an order has been placed, we do not keep any blank jewellery in stock. Once we receive your jewellery from our supplier, this is when we begin the encapsulation process.
If a customer has placed an order and the jewellery has already been ordered from our suppliers, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations. We prioritise swift service, and in most cases, your blank jewellery will have been ordered and manufactured by our suppliers within an hour of your order being placed.
Ultimately, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. Our business has flourished through word-of-mouth recommendations, and we strive to always act with integrity and do what is right.
