Confirmation and Payment: Once we receive your email, our customer service team will promptly review your request and provide you with a confirmation email detailing the engraving specifications.
Engraving Process: After confirming your engraving, our skilled artisans will begin the engraving process. We take great care and precision to ensure the engraving is aligned, legible, and beautifully executed, capturing the essence of your chosen image or text.
Delivery: Once the engraving is complete, we will carefully package and ship your personalised jewellery piece back to you. Our shipping methods are secure and ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
