Within three days of placing your order, you will receive an email with specific instructions for the best way to get the ashes/ hair to us, the cost of postage will need to be covered by you to ensure it gets to us safely, depending on the type of postage chosen by you, it should be around £3.50. Once complete, your memorial product will be carefully placed within luxury packaging, & a velvet jewellery box, alongside a personalised Certificate of Authenticity.
