You will have the opportunity to select your personalised customisation options when adding your item's to your basket, such as resin colour, inclusion type & position of inclusion. 

Payment options include Paypal, Paypal Credit, Debit/Credit Card, Klarna & Gift Card. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us with all necessary information & instructions.

We can send you a free ash collection kit which includes sealable bag, spoon & postage envelope.

We understand that the idea of posting your inclusion might be unnerving, so, if local, you are more than welcome to personally deliver to us, rather than post. Otherwise, we recommend sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery, to this day, we have never encountered any issues with this service. All inclusions have arrived safely.

Once we have safely received your special inclusion, Channelle will then delicately handcraft your item(s). ​

Channelle only ever completes one order at a time... Channelle also lights candles as a symbol of remembrance whilst working on your precious items. 

We will get in touch once your order is completed. 

When placing your order you would've had the opportunity to choose your preferred postage or collection option. 

We will email you stating that your order has been dispatched, or ready to collect.

If you'd prefer to collect your order, we will organise a perfect time with you, for whenever you're available.

Your items will be beautifully gift-wrapped with our branded boxes, gift bags & luxury ribbon... and will contain a certificate of authenticity, plus care instructions... along with any unused inclusion. 

All items are made to order by us, and our jewellery bezels arrive directly from our jewellery suppliers once your order is confirmed.​

Most jewellery items arrive from our UK Silver & Gold Suppliers, however, we do have suppliers overseas, so some items will take up to 6 weeks to arrive, and up to 8 weeks for custom gold items.
