Q. How do I place an order?

Step 1: Selecting Your Ashes Jewellery

 

- Start your journey by placing an order through our user-friendly website. Explore our diverse range of exquisite memorial jewellery & gifts designs, available in captivating colours.

 

Step 2: Submitting Inclusions

 

- Upon confirming your order, we'll promptly send you an email containing all necessary information & instructions.

 

Step 3: Crafting Your Ashes Jewellery

 

- Once we receive your returned inclusions, Channelle will commence the crafting process for your unique memorial Jewellery or Gift. With dedicated attention to detail, your item will be expertly crafted and ready within 2-6 weeks depending on what you have ordered. 

 

Step 4: Receiving Your Personalised Ashes Jewellery

 

- Your meticulously crafted cremation jewellery piece will be delicately nestled within our signature branded presentation gift box. We prioritise the security and safety of your order, ensuring it reaches you promptly with comprehensive tracking details provided for peace of mind. Q. How much is delivery?

A.

You have the choice between Royal Mail Special Delivery for £8.75, Royal Mail First Class for £4.50 or Royal Mail 2nd Class for £2.75.

Q. How long will my order take to complete?

A.

Our current turnaround is 2-4 weeks. However, this depends on which items you have ordered. Some jewellery is shipped to us from our overseas supplier which can take up to 6 weeks. Our 9K Solid Gold orders take 6-8 weeks to be manufactured & hallmarked. Please get in touch if you'd like us to try and push an order through for you.

Q. What if my item is faulty?

A.

All our pieces undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. Should you discover any faults upon delivery, please reach out to us promptly for resolution. Further information can be found on our returns and refunds page. Additionally, every jewellery piece is accompanied by a 12-month warranty. Furthermore, we provide a clean & repair service for your convenience.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We welcome all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Payments. Additionally, you can opt for interest-free instalments through Klarna and PayPal Credit.

Q. Are engraving services available?

A.

Absolutely, we provide engraving for a variety of options including names, hand and footprints, fingerprints, paw prints, as well as handwriting and drawings. Moreover, we offer engraving on specific cremation ashes jewellery pieces too.

Q. How can I order engraved jewellery?

A.

To order your personalised engraved jewellery, begin by selecting your desired piece from our collection. On the product page, you'll find a list of customisation options. Simply choose your preferences and add the item to your basket. Additionally, remember to include the 'engraving service' option in your basket, as this covers the cost of the engraving process. After placing your order, please send us a clear image of the design or text you'd like engraved.

Q. Do you have a physical shop that we can visit?

Presently, we operate solely as an online store, headquartered in South Shields. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to assist you.

Q. How should I care for my The Memorial Company Jewellery?

A.

To maintain the quality of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding wearing it while showering, bathing, doing household chores, or sunbathing. It's best to refrain from wearing jewellery when using cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions. If you apply perfumes or lotions, ensure they are fully dry before wearing your jewellery. Each order includes a complimentary polishing cloth for addressing slight tarnishing. Additionally, you'll receive a full care instruction card with your order.

Q. I need a colour that isn't available in the options. Is this possible?

A.

Certainly, we offer custom colours and combinations. Please reach out to us before placing your order, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Q. Can I include ashes and hair from multiple individuals?

A.

Absolutely, we can accommodate that request. Just select 'Multiple Inclusions' from the options tab within the product listing.

Q. How are ashes and hair incorporated into your jewellery?

A.

In our memorial jewellery, ashes, hair, and fur are carefully embedded in our specialised jewellery grade resin. This resin is UV stabilised and resistant, ensuring durability and preventing cracking or breakage.

Q. Can I incorporate ashes and fur from my pet into your jewellery?

A.

Absolutely, we can include ashes or fur from your cherished pet in all of our memorial jewellery pieces.
