Delivery Costs & Timeframes

 

When placing your order, you'll see the current processing time prominently displayed on the product page. Our typical turnaround time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the items ordered. Gold items may require up to 8 weeks for manufacturing and hallmarking. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout, these include Royal Mail Special Delivery, 1st Class Delivery, or 2nd Class Delivery.

 

Printing Kits & Collection Kits

 

If you opt to receive a complimentary Finger Printing Kit or Ash Collection Kit after placing your order, it will be dispatched within one business day. Please allow up to five business days for delivery. If expedited service is available, it will be presented as an option during the checkout process.

 

International Delivery

 

For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service. We have a fixed price of £15 for packaging and postage to all countries.
